  • Bill Sizemore

    Lead Pastor

I help people discover their God-given potential through personal discipleship.  My goal is to empower and release people to preach and teach the gospel to those in their sphere of influence.  My life verse is Galatians 2:20, "I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me."

  • Clay Thomas

    Discipleship Pastor

I help people connect to God, to His Word, to each other, and to their community. My desire is to see every person at Reliant growing with their faith and making disciples that make disciples. My life verse is Colossians 3:17 which says "And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him."

I am married to Amanda and God has blessed us with 4 wonderful children (Adalyn, Cason, Aleah and Carter).

  • Kim Sizemore

    Women's ministry Director

I love to help women discover and live out their true identity as Daughters of King Jesus.  Knowing and believing the special position they have, will empower them to live out the Gospel in their lives resulting in building God's Kingdom.

Teaching women that they have responsibilities to each other as found in Titus 2:3-5, helps build a community of unity, faith, hope and love.  My life verse is Psalm 19:14 which says, "Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in your sight, O Lord, my rock and redeemer."

  • David Nelson

    Service programing Director

I help people by creating environments for those attending so that they will be led to worship, and by encouraging the team leaders to create a culture based on the principles of Christ, that welcome others new, and old, with the heart of discipleship. Also by creating an environment thriving on Godly principles of agape, forming and growing lasting relationships. I am focused on creating a Kingdom minded approach by always being vigilant to continue to ask each other, "How are we growing God's kingdom through worship?".

1 Thessalonians 2:7-8 But we were gentle among you, like a nursing mother taking care of her own children. So, being affectionately desirous of you, we were ready to share with you not only the gospel of God but our own selves, because you had become very dear to us.

  • Jay Nelson

    Youth  Director

I help students live out and proclaim their faith boldly and unashamedly, by exploring not just "what" we believe as Christians, but "why" we believe what we do. As Christians we are commanded in 1 Peter 3:15 to "always be ready to give a defense for the reason for the hope that is within us". Students today desperately need to know that faith in God is reasonable and worth everything. My hope is to help students move closer to God as they continually experience Him vividly and unequivocally in their lives.

  • Carol Nelson

    RKidz Director

I help people develop a commitment to sharing the love of Christ with children. This is done by having fun, showing honesty, giving love, and laughter to all children we come in contact with. Living in front of the children, a life that reflects the relationship of love and faith we have with Jesus as an example for children to follow and cultivate.

Matthew 19:14 But Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me and do no hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven".
